17.01.2022 This week it was my absolute delight to create some vegan treats for @bradleyjamessykes, his beautiful fiance Taela and Brad's siblings. I made things I hadn't tried before and I hope they enjoyed them. The fudge recipe needs tweaking for next time I make it but otherwise, everything else looked OK!! 17.01.2022 This week i upset someone when I told him I'd be working 1 less day with him. This man has been through alot lately having buried his wife during covid, and here I am upsetting him again. 11.01.2022 Tried something new tonight. Choc Mint Bites. I did a couple of bigger ones, too. Recipe called for Mint Essence, but I swapped it out for Creme de Menthe instead!! It's just a hint - but my daughter says it needs more mint. Might have to go a bit more Creme de Menthe next time. Just for her. They are almost Keto but the chocolate is Cadbury. They can be made as Keto, however. And they are Gluten free as the filling contains Coconut and Almond Meal. There will be some serious testing going on this week, I feel...

11.01.2022 Lighting can make or break your party. Too bright, and people may feel uncomfortable. Not enough, and they can't see the food!!! For some easy mood lighting, why not try these bottle lights. They can stand on a table, or can hang. It's up to you. For an extra $10 you can buy one of my macrame hangers to make it easier for you. As per the photos, they can be hung anywhere there is a dull space or just to cast light from a surface. They would be perfect for your New Year's Eve party. $10 each. 09.01.2022 Something a little different today. I was asked to supply a "cake" made with slices for a friend's 18th birthday. Unfortunately with the changes to restrictions in Victoria has meant that school are now closed and it couldn't be taken to school. Chocolate Clinker, Brownie and a White Choc with M&Ms slice piled up to form a tower, and toffee surrounding it, i think Tabatha will enjoy it. Thanks for ordering from me @gosmokey69_ .
