22.01.2022 *coronavirus update* The Australian Polocrosse Nationals - Ballarat Victoria 2020 have been postponed following the Prime Minister’s announcement today. We are aware that these announcements have implications for the upcoming Polocrosse Association of Australia AGM, which was scheduled to be held on Monday 6 April 2020 in Ballarat, Victoria. 21.01.2022 The Memorial Service for Roger Hichenor will be held at midday, Saturday 22 May all other details as advised below. VALE - Roger Hitchenor Albury Holbrook Poloc...rosse Club's first President, and a former SWS Zone President, Roger Hitchenor, sadly passed away last week. Roger was also a former South Australia Polocrosse President. His memorial Service will be held in the Lankeys Creek Hall, Lankeys Creek, on Saturday the 22nd of May at a time to be advised. Roger was a part of the opening Ceremony of the 2016 Albury Nationals, and was tremendous fellow, family man and Club Person. Our thoughts are with his wife Anne and family.

19.01.2022 Dear all To advise that the South Australian Polocrosse State Championships due to be run next weekend ie 21 and 22 March has now been postponed due to the rap...idly escalating spread of the Corona virus. The Polocrosse Association of South Australia believe this to be the most responsible decision at this point in time, in the best interests of our players, spectators and the broader community. We need to work alongside other sporting and community groups to minimise the risk of the virus spreading. We fully intend to run the State Championships at a later date and will advise this as soon as possible, Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Richard Heyneman PASA President

15.01.2022 Australian Polocrosse Nationals Darwin 1988 Mens Final NSW v WA Here it is! . . . the Finale to the widely regarded 'Best ever Nationals' it sees the reigning c...hamps NSW against the first timers from the West. What a feast for the eyes, Darryl Smith doing some of his finest work paired up with fellow all-time great Graeme Spackman, a pair of Donnellys in Terry & Morris, Gary Stevenson just out of Under'21s and Peter Choice mesmerising the crowd on his champion mare 'Crystal'. And the West Aussies not to be outdone unleash a new superstar of their own with long golden locks flowing out the back of the helmut going by the name P.J.Hall, ably supported by the dashing John Marriott and a cast of previously unknowns loudly urged on by an army of yellow & black supporters from across the nullabor. The Board of Directors of the Polocrosse Association of Australia Inc (PAA) has resolved to convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Saturday 8th May 2021 via video conference, zoom meeting starting at 9.30am (AEST). We continue to closely monitor the government developments around the COVID-19 situation, and provide you with the latest information as it translates to our activities. Safety and the sustainability of our sport are key factors that are central to our decisions on the recommencement of activities. ... We are pleased that the Northern Territory has been able to recommence certain activities.
