17.01.2022 Orange juice cake! There’s more you can do with our juice than just drink it...why not bake a cake! The special Orange juice cake tastes even better on a Tuesday when George and Stefan have freshly juiced our homegrown oranges for the week! Below is the recipe for our favourite orange juice cake from Little Sunny Kitchen: Ingredients:... - 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar - 1 cup vegetable oil - 4 eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 3 cups of sifted all-purpose flour - 3 teaspoons of baking powder - 1 teaspoon salt - 1/2 cup of Orchard Crush orange juice - 1 tablespoon orange zest Method: 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar with vegetable oil and eggs. 2. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add the orange zest and mix until everything is combined. 3. Add the orange juice and give the batter a quick mix. 4. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
