06.01.2022 WRM 80T is a three part ambient temperature curing polyurethane kit. When the components are mixed, a thixotropic putty is formed which can then be applied to a variety of surfaces in thickness from 1mm - 15mm. The thixotropic properties allow thick coatings to be applied to vertical surfaces or the underside of horizontal surfaces without falling off. The mixture can be worked with ease using trowels or other suitable tools. WRM 80T is commonly used for repair to damaged con...veyor belts. WRM 80T and WRM 80S (sprayable version) are used for repair work on worn equipment and providing wear resistant coatings to new equipment, particularly in areas of restricted accessibility. With proper surface preparation and use of the appropriate primer an excellent bond can be achieved on a viariety of substrates. Cured coating has a hardness of 80 Shore A. 02.01.2022 Polyurethane Processors (PUP) has been working with mining companies since 1985 lagging conveyor pulleys with premium grade Polyurethane, including machine finishing and grooving, with no reported premature failures or rejects, which has given us an excellent track record. The advantages of hot cast polyurethane include; long wear life, superior bond to substrate, machine finish to eliminate run-out. Our unique hot casting procedures have been developed over many years and wi...th our skilled staff, we ensure no failures, no rejects. Our product will generally outlast rubber lagging by 3-4 or more times, resulting in fewer change-outs. The Polyurethane is also less damaging to belts than ceramic lagging, although not usually advised for Drive Pulleys. MDR supplied for each pulley, samples retained and details recorded for future reference, each pulley is stamped with our job number for identification. Lagging material is 100% pure PTMEG TDI Ether type Polyurethane, 90 A Hardness. Pulleys large and small have been successfully completed, some weighing several tonnes. With our in-house facilites PUP can usually complete pulleys quicker than other companies - we are capable of handling more than 100 different sizes.
