24.01.2022 Another happy customer. The cladding on their house was looking old so Pomaintenance gave it a face lift with new cladding and architraves round the windows and doors. Painted by the customer and look what a difference it had made!

Pomaintenance has converted her garage into a bedroom for her elderly mother including floor prep, vinyl flooring installation, installation of partition walls for en suite, Gyprock sheeting, setting of the joints, installation of en suite (with some help off a plumber), skirting, sliding door installation, replacement light fitting and finally painting. 10.01.2022 Well, that was a big weekend. Prepared and installed nearly 150m2 of vinyl planks, installed merbau skirting, door trims, shelving and generally helped out. Pomaintenance would like to wish Smokey Dans, Tomakin the very best of luck! Another happy customer.

08.01.2022 Planter beds finished off with 2 ton of crushed concrete filler and 2 ton of premium top soil. All completed in 4 working days and ready for customer to plant their plants and lay pebbles on top.

08.01.2022 Wow! That was a big day digging 14 x 0.6metre deep holes, installing posts and concreting them in. Perimeter sleepers were installed yesterday. Finished pics to follow.

06.01.2022 Heres a recent kitchen installed by Pomaintenance. We ripped out, built the carcasses, installed kitchen and bench tops, replaced lights and power points and finally tiled. 06.01.2022 Finished painting this roof for some of my favourite customers to date. Started by cleaning every square inch with a pressure washer and sugar soap then painted with 2 coats. We are all happy with the finish as you can see it looks brand new.

01.01.2022 Well, that was a hectic few weeks... Pomaintenance helped JJs Southern Catch, JJs at The Marina & JJs at The Moorings to refurbish their new take away shop in Batehaven, Batemans Bay. With 60+ hour weeks we achieved a lot. Flooring - ripped out existing tiles, adhesive, and carpet then feather finished to create a smooth floor before painting with Epoxy. Walls - ripped out redundant cooker hood chimney, covered multi textured walls with Gyprock, plastered (by plasterer), p...ainted all timber and new Gyprock and finally installed new Merbau skirting and trims. Ceiling - repaired hole from redundant cooker hood, filled most obvious cracks and holes and painted. Electrics - replaced old fluorescent lighting with new LED spot lights and pendants and replaced power points and switches with new. Thank you to all that helped Pomaintenance and JJs achieve so much in such a small window and best of luck to JJs with their new venture.
