19.01.2022 Earlier in the year Charlie Ponticello Constuctions took on a fit out of a Gym at the Cairns Pullmans International. In this project we constructed and designed the area by removing a couple of walls and ceilings to open up the area, to give it more of an open feeling. While everything was exposed we brought all services up to the latest building codes and Australian standards. Here is a few before and after photos of the project. #CPC

19.01.2022 CPC has been full steam ahead getting this duplex back to its former glory after having a few bad tenants which done a number on the place. A new kitchen was installed, new vynal flooring, new floor tiles in bathroom, toilet, laundry and front patio. This quick turn around job was done to the clients budget an has made a massive improvement to this property. 15.01.2022 Here is a transformation that CPC is very proud of that we finished late last year. 03.01.2022 CPC has been quite busy in the past week refitting a bath room an toilet. The transformation speaks for its self. I removed a tub an did a walk in shower, removed the toilet an installed a new toilet which is a back to wall toilet which makes it easier to keep clean. A new custom vanity and a 20mm stone top. There is all new fixtures like, towel rail, towel ring, toilet roll holder and a glass shelf. We also changed from taps to a mixer.
