21.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM BEHIND POOCHY MUMMA PET SERVICES My name is Carly and I am the owner of Poochy Mumma Pet Services. I started this little buisenss because my beautiful Goldie is getting old and I felt that with his age and inability to do fun things with me (walks & beach swims) I wanted to do this with other pets whilst their owners went away. I started doing pet sitting for free until clients, family & friends convinced me to start charging. This is where my little business to...ok off. I myself understand how distressing it can be to leave your fur baby behind and how this stops you from travelling, my own family included in this. I have always loved animals, especially humans best friends dogs. I have grown up with Golden Retrievers as family pets and just love surrounding myself with anything pets & outdoors. Helping you & your furbabies live the best life is where Poochy Mumma comes in. Let myself and my team member Lilly love your pets whilst you travel, attend weddings, family events & better yet not miss out on all things life because your love for your fur baby keeps you at home. Poochy Mumma and her team promises to step up and love your fur babies whilst you are away. We offer in-house and drop in care across Newcastle, lake Macquarie & Maitland areas. All services include walking, playing, feeding and bulk love. We strive to be affordable, friendly and treat you as family.

15.01.2022 During this crazy and uncertain time Poochy Mumma will still be taking bookings for both drop ins & house sitting however will be implementing a non refundable deposit on booking. The deposit will be either the first drop in or first day pet sitting. I have tried to keep these booking fees as low as possible for my customers but also in an attempt to keep my business afloat. This something that I wanted to implement so early in the buisenss however due to recent late cancell...ations and the uncertainty of the community at the moment I need to protect my business and give priority to those who need my services. Thank you everyone for the support you have given me and continue to give me during these hard times. Please know that I understand travel plans change and that events are being cancelled. 14.01.2022 Cancellation policy... Please know that I am very flexible and understanding of travel changes. The latest crisis has put alot of people out and trips have been cancelled. While I understand this is completely out of anyone's control I will need to charge a small cancellation fee. Small Business suffer the most during times like these. I have enjoyed meeting all your beautiful fur babies and some of you have become like family. I am so grateful for the time I've had running this little side project which really flourished, especially before COVID. ... 02.01.2022 Wally you most certainly light up my life A dogs love is so unconditional! I am so blessed to meet many beautiful pets during my stays but this boy is most definitely up there as one of the greatest. Wally is a rescue pup who has the sweetest personality & has totally won my heart. He has been enjoying daily walks & plays at the park followed by cuddles of a night whilst his parents are away.
