02.01.2022 If you haven't registered your Pool or Spa you must act immediately. 1st of November was the deadline. The councils are very busy but if you leave it any longer you will get fined from what I hear. We can assist with Pre-Compliance as we are finding all of the barriers we have looked at would not have passed a compliance inspection. If engage a Building Surveyor and your barrier fails there are three problems. 1. A Non Compliance Certificate will be issued - Council may get i...nvolved. 2.
