11.01.2022 Very worrying start to the day today with a very early phone call from our service tech saying he had a car accident. Thankfully he is doing okay, shaken and a bit banged up but alive. Unfortunately though we will be limited in our servicing for a couple of weeks . We hope our customers can bare with us a while until we get back on track.

06.01.2022 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY With the threat of Coronavirus on our doorstep Pool Builders Choice & Dyson Pools have now implemented measures in order to protect our staff & families as well as our customers. We have chosen to close our shop to customers to avoid any accidental spread. We are now offering free onsite water testing to our regular customers only. We will advise by text when we are on our way. You have the option for us to either enter your property and test the water a...nd add chemicals to your pool or you can leave a freshwater sample by your mail box. After testing the sample, we will leave the required chemicals and email the water test results along with dosage instructions and an invoice. Until further notice we will only be accepting payments by credit card or bank transfer. We are also offering free delivery of pool chemicals to your door. We will not charge for delivery only for chemicals which you will be invoiced for via e-mail. Our regular servicing clients will still be attended to as normal since there is generally no customer contact, though our service techs will be adhering to strict sanitation methods while on site.
