20.01.2022 Spas are required to have a child-resistant lid affixed with sufficient lockable devices to prevent the lid from being lifted more than 100mm. Seems easy enough but not all lids meet this requirement. Some don't have enough straps or they are broken. Technically new owners have 90 days to determine what is required in order to comply, and to carry out the works.
