20.01.2022 Spas are required to have a child-resistant lid affixed with sufficient lockable devices to prevent the lid from being lifted more than 100mm. Seems easy enough but not all lids meet this requirement. Some don't have enough straps or they are broken. 02.01.2022 Many new owners do not receive a comprehensive report for the property they have agreed to purchase.
