05.01.2022 Thank you to David in Turramurra for this lovely feedback: I am not an avid review writer, but credit where credit is due - I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at Premier Pools. From the very first interaction with Wayne we were incredibly impressed by the honestly, transparency and utter professionalism. He educated, helped, led us through the process and went well above and beyond in the process of helping us even decide if putting a pool in was the right thi...ng for us - all with no expectation or required commitment. It was this approach (plus a very competitive price!) that helped us decide to go with Premier - its a big investment and you NEED to know you can completely trust who you are working with. I did wonder if this was just Wayne, but it became clear that this same ethos runs through the whole organisation - Dylan who led the construction process was amazing - very approachable, incredibly responsive and always available to help, problem solve and identify issues before they arose.and a bloody good bloke! In fact everyone in the whole team has the same service driven & highly professional ethos. Even months post completion I had an issue with a small part that needed replacing - from email request to the part arriving at my front door was just under 24hrs - amazing! I have, and will continue to tell anyone that is contemplating a pool - there is from my experience only one choice of who to use.

04.01.2022 Hi James and the Premier Pools team, I just wanted to send a little note to say a huge thanks for building us an amazing pool. From initially thinking it was all going to be too hard to get a pool in our narrow access property and wondering if it was all worth it, we honestly couldnt be happier with the result and are so glad we chose Premier! James has been such a pleasure to work with. As quite the perfectionist myself, its been very reassuring to work with someone who pr...ides themself so much on the quality of their work and goes above and beyond to get the best possible result for the client. I wish the rest of the trades on our renovation had the same high standards! His regular communication at every step of the way has meant weve known exactly whats going on. Hes been so professional and helpful in coordinating other pool trades and recommending suppliers, like the glass fencing and coping tiles. The handover process with Jack went so smoothly today and the kids and I are so excited to test out the pool! Thanks again for everything. Laura
