25.01.2022 Dear all It’s only been a week and another storm has hit Sydney overnight. As of this morning over 80,000 households are without power and many more have trees, dirt and other debris spread across their garden. For our Pooled Energy customers without power, Ausgrid and Endeavour are working hard to restore power as soon as possible. Please make sure you clear the debris from your pool as soon as it is safe. Your pool automation won’t work during a black out, but it will resta...rt as soon as power is restored. Please stay safe. We’ll keep you posted on progress.

13.01.2022 The Australian phone network has been experiencing increased demand due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, some of our customers have been unable to get through to our 1300 number. 11.01.2022 Important notice for all customers who have or are experiencing an electricity blackout. While blackouts are taking place, your pool equipment and App will not be responsive. This means both chlorination and filtration will not be working. It is important to add liquid chlorine manually, according to label directions, to keep your pool appropriately sanitised and prevent it from going green during this period. When your power is restored, the Pooled Energy pool automation w...ill automatically restart and your pool should recover within a few days. Remove all leaves and debris from the pool and leaf traps. If after three days your pool is looking anything but spectacular, we recommend running the Super Chlorination function via the App. We will be keeping a close eye on the situation and continue to provide updates via Facebook while power and phone lines are down.

09.01.2022 To all our valued customers: Like all small businesses, we are responding to the COVID-19 virus with responsible measures, while trying to maintain a seamless service for our customers. We wanted to let you know about the extra measures we have put in place to protect staff and customers. Cleaning and Hygiene: we have provided extra supplies to help staff manage additional cleaning of the office and warehouse, and their hands throughout the day.... Social Distancing: we have directed our staff to practice social distancing which means no handshaking and maintaining 1.5 metres between themselves and someone else at all times. Product supplies: since the outbreak began in January, we have been pre-emptively planning our supplies of all product. To date we have not experienced any shortages, however that situation could change. We will actively monitor the situation and hope to maintain easy access to the products you want.
