12.01.2022 Equipment change over from yesterday. The brief was to keep it as thin as possible to allow easy passage along the side of the house and to reduce the power consumption. Under normal conditions the new system operates at 350-580 watts compared to 1100 watts for the previous one. This is due largely to the new Astral Viron XT variable speed pump. The sand filter was also replaced with a new H2Flo cartridge filter, which reduces water and chemical consumption making it even mo...re environmentally friendly.
