As the current situation is impacting the operation of all businesses, we would like to update you on what we are doing regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on how to protect our team members and our current ability to continue to support your business:... FIRST AND FOREMOST, WE WOULD LIKE TO CONFIRM THAT POOL RANGER IS CURRENTLY CONSIDERED AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE, AS PART OF THE SPASA NOTIFICATION, AND THEREFORE WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Our business is open for all aspects of sales, service, administration and warehouse. It is our goal and desire to remain open, operational and supportive of our customers keeping in line with the advice, recommendations and directives of the Australian current Authorities. ---- There are however some changes in how we will operate: Pool Ranger has adopted all Federal & State Health Guidelines and recommendations in regard to Safe Work Practices, travel and risk mitigation. There is NO ENTRY for all customers into the warehouse or office. A staff member will serve you by the warehouse door. We now have a NO CASH policy. All COD customers will need to write down their credit card details when writing up the order docket. The toilet facilities are NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and are only to be used by Pool Ranger staff.
