16.01.2022 In 2019 as a family we decided to employ a company on the Sunshine Coast to construct a pool that would 1# improve the life style we had within a new community and home and 2# increase our future sales of our property. At the time and after research we called upon three companies to provide an inspection, provide feed back and constructive feed back along with justified cost. From the final three we decided on "POOLS BY DESIGN" We could not have made a better... choice in the final selection with all procedures to put in place a complete contract that served to protect the client and insure confirmation on all questions as required. From the day the construction started we were impressed with the on going communication, the ease in which no mater what - nothing was to hard and the on going cleaning of our property after each stage. Throughout the works we were kept informed and would be given on site notice to all works. recommendations and support for up-grades play an important roll in the build platform and after service care. This was a major consideration and on going throughout our construction. The final completion date was on time.... in fact two weeks ahead of the hand over date. The work and look of the pool was 100% provided and the after service care to ensure we had a smoothly running and completed pool the way we ask was on point. If recommendation are what any future home owner is looking for or business when it comes to your dream pool, I can only say... make that extra call. listen to what can be done before making a random choice. We have a Terrace home and with that came restricted pace. The team at "POOLS BY DESIGN" created, designed, built and handed to us the perfect pool which we never though possible. I am happy to have my pool open to any future pool family on request through "POOLS BY DESIGN" Thank you Michelle - Gaff and the team for what has given us a new and exciting addition to the family.
