24.01.2022 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the downturn in Retail traffic we will be adjusting how we will be operating for at least the next 4 weeks. From today, our Retail trading hours are as follows - MONDAY - 9AM - 5PM... WEDNESDAY - 9AM - 5PM SATURDAY - 9AM - 2PM We are practicing social distancing across the business but especially in the shop so please stand outside the marked areas in the shop if you do come down. Our service department is completely operational so we can still come out for any servicing needs as this can be completed and still comply with all the current regulations. If you need your water tested but cannot leave your house, you need chemicals delivered or a pick up organised we can still service your needs with either a site visit or a contactless arrangement. Just send us a PM, email or call and leave a message if the shop is unattended, we should be able to get back to you within 24hrs and facilitate whatever you need. Please remember to support small business across the board. Rather than supporting large corporates and share holders you are supporting families, just like yours. Stay Safe

22.01.2022 Christmas Trading Hours This year we will be taking a small break over Christmas and closing the retail and service from Friday 25th of December and reopening on Monday the 4th of January. Although the weather outlook doesn't look fantastic over the next week or so, come in right up until Christmas Eve to get a water test or any chemicals you'll need to ensure your pool stays healthy during this small break. After a tough year we hope all our customers get to spend some much deserved time with family and friends. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

19.01.2022 Because of the winter down turn and Covid 19 restrictions we will be extending our change in trading. 19.01.2022 It's good to be back. We aren't open today due to previous service commitments but our retail shop will re-open to the general public as of tomorrow (29/10/20) under normal summer operating hours. Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm... Saturday 9am to 2 pm We are only allowed a certain amount of people in the shop at any one time so please observe signage, maintain social distancing and use hand sanitiser on arrival and wear your mask. We can still do contactless testing if you dont want to hang around. As you can imagine, a 3 month lay off means our service department is very busy working through the back log of jobs. 10.01.2022 With the recent warm spell, this is the perfect environment for algae growth. Poorly balanced water over winter, an increase in temperature and UV, really sets of an algae bloom. Filtration and Chlorinator timers should be increased by 20% to help keep your water in good condition

04.01.2022 We are changing our Covid operating hours and will now be open tomorrow (normally closed Tuesdays) and wedneday before we need to close the shop to retail traffic so you can get your last minute pool and spa essentials to last the lock down. Still working through the regulations so unsure what we can do going forward but we will hopefully be able to provide you with some service over the next 6 weeks, whether that be chemical delivery or contactless pick up. 03.01.2022 Hello to all our customers. We are pleased and excited to announce a change in our trading, effective 1/10/2020. The store can now be open for over the phone orders and contactless water testing. The procedure is unfortunately out of the ordinary but in today's climate is a necessity for us to trade. The store will be open during the following hours to process orders and complete tests -... Monday - 9am to 2pm Tuesday- 9am to 2pm Wednesday - Closed Thursday - 9am to 2pm Friday - 9am to 2 pm Saturday - 9am to 2pm Sunday - Closed You can call during these hours to place an order over the phone, complete payment, and your goods will be organised for a contactless pick up out the front of the shop. If you need a water test, you can leave the sample bottle at the shop door with your details clearly marked in between those hours. Once the water has been tested, we will call, discuss what is needed, complete the transaction over the phone and organise a time with you for the goods to be left out the front for contactless pick up. We may also be able to organise a contactless delivery. Fees may apply depending on order value. Please do not turn up unannounced as we will not be able to serve you. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we are able. Unfortunately service work is still restricted to emergency only. This includes pump, filter and chlorinator issues or green pools, as all can contribute to health risks. 03.01.2022 Due to Stage 4 Covid Lockdown in Melbourne metropolitan area our trading capabilities are dramatically restricted to over the phone or email orders for contactless pick up or delivery as of midnight tonight. Because of this our store will only be open by appointment only until further notice. If you need supplies, please send an email with your requirements to [email protected], use facebook messenger through our facebook page, call or sms 0403 626 851 and someone will ...be in contact with you as soon as we are able. Unless Essential Breakdown, all onsite service is also to stop, including regular maintenance. We are working with the correct industry bodies to clarify certain areas so we may potentially be able to resume servicing, due to its contactless service in nature and the potential health risks a poorly balanced pool represents, we will hopefully have news on this in coming days. In a recent article from Aqua Magazine, Alvaro Mendoza (who has nearly 40 years’ experi...ence working in commercial pools and world-renowned theme parks), said that AFM (Activated Filter Media) was a type of commercial pool technology he has seen successfully transition to residential pools! Activated media can filter down to four microns and uses half the water to backwash. He went on to say If you put mediocre media in it [sand filter], you'll get mediocre results.
