12.01.2022 Elderflower Lemonade This humble lemonade recipe will have you and your guests feeling refreshed in no time. You'll need: 2 lemons... 2 tablespoons of caster sugar 35ml of elderflower cordial Sparkling water, to top up To make it: Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a jug, add sugar to taste, elderflower cordial and mix well to dissolve. Put a few ice cubes in each glass, slice the remaining lemon and add to the glasses. Top up with sparkling water to taste and mix with a straw.
