15.01.2022 How to make a Ruby Sunset: 50mL Poor Toms Piña Colada Gin 15mL fresh pineapple juice 7.5mL sugar syrup... 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 5mL Poor Toms Imbroglio Amaro A pineapple wedge and pandan leaf to garnish. In a rocks glass, combine all ingredients - except the amaro. Add ice and stir until your finger is cold. Gently pour in the amaro and admire the sunset effect. Garnish.
