24.01.2022 Purple anyone? Nak has a lift & deposit purple tint, i have several clients that love this colour and i LOVE the results this colour produces!... Definitely a salon favourite! This wonderful client normally has the darker purple but it was starting to look a bit dull and just, well.......brown! As we are located in Poowong (south Gippsland shire) it is business as usual! social distancing and the amount of people per square meter will still be adhered to. Disinfecting will stay at a high level! ... Hand sanitiser is available to use in the salon. Recommending clients bring own reading material. 19.01.2022 The reality of going from black to blonde of any sort! This lovely client has been colouring her hair at home with black for a while.... After a colour strip, foils and a tint this is the result. Pushing the hair any further would've created much unnecessary damage, getting rid of the black build up is done and its only lighter from here! Unfortunately there is no magic fix for this process, hairdressers will give clients false expectations on social media when it's just not that simple. 17.01.2022 As everyone is well aware, we are going back into stage 3! Some things will be implemented in salon to help ensure we are all doing our part. Face masks are required in salon. Hand sanitiser available and recommended to be used apon entry. Phone/social media msg/ txt msg preferred to make appointments rather than walk-in.... No magazines Tea/Coffee/Water served in disposable cups Clients in salon will be kept to a minimum, sometimes there will be an overlap so social distancing rules will be adhered to. (Disposal face mask are recommended due to colour transfer ect) Service will sadly be refused if you do not adhere to these government regulations in the salon!!!! 15.01.2022 AVAILABLE IN THE SALON $15!!! (Selling on behalf of organisation involved) What a fun & educational picture book!! New book release right here in Poowong!... "Clover the Cow" is a new picture book for primary school children, with the added bonus of extra sections to cater for readers and learners of all ages. Clover is a calf who lives in the rolling green hills of South Gippsland. Her adventures take her around the farm where she discovers various nasty weeds. Along with her friends she learns that farmers, and even other animals, work hard to keep weeds like ragwort, blackberries and thistles out of her pasture. Following the story of Clover's adventures are some more facts about weeds. Then there's a section about dairy farms with lots of information and pictures to show what happens to milk after it has left the farm gate the many and varied products that are created right here in South Gippsland! The fictional story of "Clover" was written by Jackie Wilmann of Poowong and illustrated by Emma White of Drouin. Jackie, on behalf of the Poowong Community Consultative Committee (PCCC), created the story and set down the foundations for the publication after entering Poowong in Dairy Australia's "Legendairy" Awards in 2017. Poowong received the regional award for Gippsland that year and the prize money has funded the production of the book. As with the Legendairy" submission, PCCC is the local group taking care of preparation, print and sales to bring a real home-grown story book to young readers.

12.01.2022 SWIPE RIGHT FOR BEFORE! . . . 1. Many years of box dying, eventually the hair becomes very dark even black. Underneath when we stripped the colour we found alot of warmth (red tones) this process is going to be done over several visits, Leaving the hair in optimal condition. ... Great end result for first visit. . . . SWIPE RIGHT FOR BEFORE! . . . 2. Did several lightening processes at home with packet products, the result was lots of bands and warm brassy tones. Today, all we did was a half head of foils and a toner and the change was huge.
