25.01.2022 Another big week here at POPIES , spouting cleans ( I’ve lost count) , hung a gate , made some possums happy , and got a heap of work done at home ( under some pretty strict scrutiny ) and to top it off seen our work used for things that it wasn’t designed for . But like us our clients think outside the box too ! if there is anything you need/want done just send us a msg at POPIES , no job is too small !

23.01.2022 Another week almost over , mower maintenance , lawns , garden maintenance , a load of firewood cut and 2 wood heater flues cleans in preparation for the colder weather , Saturday’s task is to reseat some dripping taps and replace the washers .

22.01.2022 We have been so busy lately at POPIES with work and new grandchildren we have overlooked our 1st Birthday 10/3/21 , Thank you to all our past and present clients for supporting us through this difficult and trying year

19.01.2022 It’s been a few weeks since our last update ( roughly 8 lol ) a lot has been going on in between rain showers ( well a lot of rain showers ) we have had some downtime due to the rain and cold and even some snow so we have got a lot done at home . We have done everything from emptying a wheelie bin to alpaca transport for our clients over the last couple of months , if there is anything you need done just give us a call or pm at POPIES , we also practice safe hygiene and social distancing , we can discuss your jobs over the phone and even do contactless payment via bank transfer

17.01.2022 POPIES has had another member added this month ! ( we had to wait until lockdown was over to meet him ) welcome aboard ( Ollie) Oliver Baird Graham 12/2/21 , baby brother to Winter who as you can see who just adores him . So at last count Ollie is grandchild #12 so that means 1 more to go in March then hopefully we can have a rest and enjoy all these baby’s for a while

16.01.2022 A few more jobs we have completed over the last week or so and today’s new veggie patch enclosure , no job is too small at POPIES , and we can also bring your ideas to reality , nothing is impossible , grass mowing , firewood and a bit of maintenance over the next few days will see us to the queens birthday weekend , stay safe , warm and enjoy the long weekend

13.01.2022 It’s been a busy few weeks again at POPIES ( we have even had to employ a casual - she is VERY CASUAL and a little DEMANDING , maybe a future ADMIN ! ) , start of lease yard and gardens , heater flu cleans ( yes I even did my own , I’m actually really surprised how much had built up , our heater was installed 12 months ago ) , a few inspections for future works and a granddaughters birthday ( 8 yo on the day the 8 stacks fell at Hazelwood PS ) , spouting cleans are th...e flavour of the month , hence no pics lately coz my hands are generally covered in mud ( I’ve lost count of how many we have done this month ) , pelmit repair and replace , bit of plaster patching , tighten up some loose hearth bricks and in our spare time we helped out as a steering wheel attendant with some soil conditioner and top soil in preparation for the cold weather , no Job is too small at POPIES and we are diverse here , if you need anything JUST ASK , we can steer your HC Vehicle or we can mow your grass and sweep your pathways just send us a pm or txt we are here to help out See more

08.01.2022 Hope everybody’s Easter was a fantastic one and the transition to home schooling hasn’t been too difficult , POPIES has definitely had a busy time since Easter , 2 short weeks in a row , and a fair bit of rain and ordinary weather to boot , but we got the jobs done with a few late nights , perseverance and determination . 07.01.2022 POPIES had a new addition last night , it’s our pleasure to introduce Kaiden Scott Oatway ( grandchild # 11 ) at 9lb he’s a big boy , welcome to this crazy world buddy , Nan and Pop can’t wait to meet you

07.01.2022 POPIES latest edition Hudson Andrew Moyes ( lucky 13 ) 11/3/21 brother for Cooper , Brock and Ruby , I think we can have a break from new babies for a while now lol

06.01.2022 The weeks not over yet we still have 3 Sunday jobs to go ( after church( Bunnings ) of course ! I wonder when we can start getting sausages in bread there again ? ) , here’s some of our week so far , we started off Monday with a huge weed and mow of a 1500 sq/m block and finished off Saturday removing a trailer load of cardboard from flat pack furniture . No Job is too small at POPIES , don’t be afraid to ask !

06.01.2022 By the looks of it our week is done with all this horrible weather that’s here but we have still had a big week that started on Sunday with a bit of a fencing , hand weeding , lawns , small shrub removals , solar panel and spouting cleans , we even hung some amazing pictures for a client and we are finishing it all off with some firewood , don’t let the weather put you off having those smaller indoor jobs that need doing , we practice safe hygiene and social distancing at POPIES , feel free to give us a call or msg to discuss your needs , stay dry and warm this weekend

05.01.2022 Another big couple of weeks , so many more meters of guttering cleaned , hand slashing around stumps in wet and steep paddocks , bar tops planed , sanded , installed and varnished , shed and patio pot bellys installed , LED ( plug and play ) Fluros installed and have made a start on our own veggie garden cover . We are still taking COVID seriously here at POPIES with strict hygiene rules and social distancing , feel free to contact us with anything you would like done no job is too small . POPIES is insured , have WWC , vic police check , can undertake TAC work ,LCHS provider and can provide tax invoice for any work done .
