16.02.2022 THE OLIVER Our biggest dessert cake order came in clutch last weekend! Four multi size dessert cakes FT a 9x14 inch high Oliver, a 7x12 Alapati, a 7x12 Roxy and another 6x12 Oliver. Travelling leisurely down the M1 with my ass in my throat. So, I cant be fun on here till Sunday, I have a bunch of reels to make, pics to fia edit and show you cos you know how much I love to press buttons for hours on here, wasting everyones time. 03.01.2022 The Andrea cake for Andres family Christmas eve we delivered one of the most precious cakes to my sweetheart Andreas family, my dear friend. I made this one especially for her. Sis, when we first started working together your mum brought those subway plastic catering containers filled with mini cupcakes and it was Australia day so she made them in yellow and green, do you remember? The green was lime hello and the yellow was pineapple and cream cheese and you let me have th...e last one not that I even asked as it was midway down my throat I made this cake with you in heart and mind and of that day we had the best mini cupcakes EVER! Miss you my creamed corn x Cake guts: Raspberry and white chocolate cake and the Vanessa cake! Passionfruit, roasted coconut, Whittaker ganache, white chocolate mousse, caramlised white chocolate cream cheese and shortbread chocolate crumb. Ugh a moment!
