12.01.2022 Woohoo, we have great news! Our Hot Chocolate Design order has FINALLY just arrived in port in Sydney, a mere 6 MONTHS after our order was placed!!!! We are waiting now for customs clearance, processing by the receiving warehouse, and then the courier needs to arrange a truck big enough to deliver to our HQ. It will likely be another 8-12 days until they leave Sydney, depending on how busy customs are... but they’re nearly here now!! Wooot! Please know that The Amazing Vanessa and her fantastical support team have a system in place for getting your preorders out to you as quickly as possible, but pleeeease continue to be patient as there are still a few hoops to jump through before we can process several thousand pairs of shoes into the welcoming arms of PoppingCandy HQ!
