19.01.2022 Hi everyone. Sorry I haven’t been baking much. I have been using my time to do other things. But I am baking this Friday 7th August. Now it will be for later pick ups, but I am baking Red Velvet cupcakes. Now, since I haven’t baked for a while, I think I should bake you some Vanilla Vanilla cupcakes and Chocolate Chocolate cupcakes. Just to keep you all happy. 13.01.2022 First trial batch of my Red Velvet cupcakes premix out of the oven. I had to add a little extra colour as I went, but wow, very happy with the result. I thought this would be the hard part, but it looks like the buttercream will be the tough one. The cake tastes great, but it will need my great buttercream to complete the flavour profile. Hope you are up for it!
