24.01.2022 Once a week I make a loaf of paleo hemp bread for Harrison and I. We have it sometimes with breakfast or as a snack lightly toasted with local raw honey. My cooking mainly consists of Poppy Loves Pear, Pete Evans or Tiffxo recipes, so when I spotted this bread mix with Pete Evans face on it I tried it and never looked back. It is not like traditional bread just in case anyone wants to try it, as I dont want to set up the wrong expectation. 19.01.2022 Its 3:30ish and Im only just eating my lunch. Most days I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, but today has been extra as we ran out of mayo, bread and Harrisons lunches all on the same day. We have been working through a large number of food sensitivities since the beginning of the year with Harrison, which has been exhibiting as psoriasis since he was 3 months old. Right now, his skin is great, but it can turn quickly. As he cant eat everything we can (things as seeming...ly innocent as bananas, avocado and chicken to name a few), every couple of weeks I make a batch of lunches for him that I freeze. Onion, garlic, celery, sweet potato, beef topped with fresh grapes. My hungry monster had 2 bowls today. 01.01.2022 Another amazing trip last night...feeling spoilt but we enjoyed our last trip so much we couldnt stop ourselves. Started the evening with some origami. Entree was inari sushi with wakame salad and edamame, with a Japanese slipper. Mains was shoyu chicken ramen with miso old fashioned. And dessert was cherry blossom twinkies filled with yuzu creme, with Sakura Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a night out in the comfort of their own home in their pjs (hopefully while the kids sleep through, for those of you who have them)
