21.01.2022 POPS SA has the great pleasure in announcing Paul Tidswell as our first Business Development Manager. Paul will be joining the POPS team on the 1st Feb 2021, and we could not be more excited to have him on board. Paul brings a diverse history that is highly relatable and significantly advantageous to his new role with POPS. In his late twenties, he ambitiously took on an enormously demanding role heading the logistics for Mercedes Benz in Kent, UK. This role required him to ...develop exceptional skills in communication and process efficiency. Paul later returned home to Australia where he built his own company as Owner/Manager/Driver in the vehicle transportation industry, educating himself in business acumen and the ability to adapt quickly to find solutions. After successfully building his business, Paul made another bold career change. Selling his business and moving into the fastener world with United Fasteners. Paul progressed enthusiastically through the company, as expected, to become one of the most valued sales employees. It was his problem resolution skills, through communicating with clarity and empathy that set him apart from others. It is with Paul’s personality traits of honesty, integrity and respect, and a get the job done attitude that made him POPS number one choice for the BDM role.
