After doing research on which building company you want to go with, make sure that you trust their judgement and what they think will be best for your new home.... 2. Try not to interfere. This is when trust becomes crucial, as there will be many times when you’ll have to step back and allow the professional to handle the situation. This will lead to fewer errors due to conflicting instructions. 3. Decide on your selections beforehand.
