Johnny Fricke 991GT3RS - Fastest Time of the Day Scott Messenger 71’ Falcon GT - 1st Place (Handicap)... Adam Turnbull 997S - 2nd Place (Handicap) Vic Moore 996T - 3rd Place (Handicap) (and thanks to Peter P on turn 7 flag point for the photos...)

20.01.2022 We are in discussions with the The Bend to reschedule our 27th September sprint as they have secured two rounds of Supercars to be held back to back on the 19/20th and 26/27th September. Great news for SA motorsport fans and support categories... Working on a new date and entries will be rolled forward or refunded. Will update as soon as we have a new date!

11.01.2022 Another great day at The Bend for the club with a great event so well organised yet again by Darien Herreen, ably assisted by Mark Coupe and Josh Herreen. It is this type of dedication and desire to support Motorsport and the Porsche Club that allows us, the competitors, to have such an enjoyable day. Thanks again Darien, Mark and Josh. If you have not driven on tha East circuit you are missing a real treat......what a sensational track.....we are so blessed to have such a facility at our disposal and cannot thank Sam and Yasser often enough for having the fore thought and conviction to build such a magnificent facility to support and promote Motorsport here in South Australia.

Fastest Prototype Mark Laucke - Wolf Tornado Top 3 Associate: Richard Lovell - WRX Mark Haig - GTR Peter Fritz - Clubman Well done and we received great feedback on this track so will aim to make it a part of a future championship rounds...

08.01.2022 Our last track event for 2020 will be the Mallala sprint next Saturday the 24th October. WHAT: Mallala Super Sprint Saturday 24th October.... $240 includes your own powered garage HOW: Entries are via motorsport Australia events page https://evententry.motorsport.org.au/events/details/2228 WHY: Trophies for breaking your PB or assigned Handicap or go for outright fastest! For those entering the Adelaide rally it will be a great shakedown/practice for you and your car. NOT DRIVING ? The next best seat in the house is trackside as volunteer as a flag marshal. Doing a half day of flag marshalling still allows plenty of time to walk around the pits to look at the cars and catch up with friends. Contact [email protected] if you are over 16 and interested. 07.01.2022 Entry list for this Sundays super sprint #2 and open pit lane event on the East Circuit. 4 x 15mins sprints in speed groups PLUS an additional 2hours of open pit lane to practice as much as you want !!! Numbers will be available on the day if required.

Entries are via motorsport Australia events page... https://evententry.motorsport.org.au/events/details/2228 Some people have been having issues with the new Motorsport Australia registration portal, so email [email protected] if you encounter difficulties or miss the close off and we can still get you in... We will be running both invitational and Supersprint categories. Invitational: 3x6 laps and finished by lunchtime for cars running under 1:18’s and wanting some race practice Super Sprint: 2x3 lap practices and 3x3 lap timed sprints + one 6 lap practice at the end if time permits
