The Port Augusta Apex Club would like to congratulate Apex Life Member Greg Kipling on being honoured with an OAM today. ... Greg's committment to the community of Port Augusta and also to activities outside of Port Augusta is remarkable and it is grest to see ordinary great Australians who contribute to their communities beibg rewarded. Greg is infectious in so many ways, especially his stories, jokes and love of enjoying life to its fullest We sre proud to call Kipo our mate and for him to be recognised. Congratulations Kipo and to Marg (for all the times he put Apex and his Community first!)

16.01.2022 Australia Say Breakfast with Founding Life Member Keith Phyllis, 90, of Port Augusta Apex Club and our newest And Youngest member Blake Packard , 18.

02.01.2022 It is with deepest sadness that we advise charter member and Life Member, Mr Keith Phillis has passed away. This is a great loss for our Club, community and the Lions Club. Keith was a walking encyclopedia of our club. If you wanted to know what year APEX erected bus shelters, raised funds for a particular cause or when and where a zone convention was held, Keith could tell you. Keith and Faye continued to regularly attend Apex Handovers and Dinners and would tell us how he missed his APEX days and how he loved bring part of our organisation. We will miss Keith dearly, and our heartfelt condolences to his family on their loss. Rest in Peace Keith.
