23.01.2022 Quick reminder meeting tonight 7pm at the club

23.01.2022 Track is looking mint for tomorrow

22.01.2022 SAVE THE DATE! Sunday 13th September Ride Park Day at the track.

22.01.2022 Thanks to those who came to the AGM last night. Adam Zubrinich has put his hand up to be President so we wish all the best. Mark Maule stayed on as Secretary... Bob Miller stayed on as Treasure I have taken on a role for publicity / promotion and to manage memberships. I will also be the contact point with Perry Fuels for the fuel tank proposal. 2020 Membership is now due. Fees have remained unchanged at $50 for senior membership and $75 for family membership. You can renew your membership online at Rider Net. If you did your membership last year via Rider Net you just log on with your user name and password to renew. Existing Rider Net members use this link: https://osm-ma.omnisportsmanagement.com/Memberships/(S(bhwlt01j1vukyv5zb1xstwpf))/OSMMbr_LoginMA.aspx If you are new to Rider Net you can set up your account and pay your membership. It would be great if can do it via Rider Net which means less admin for the club and it easier to nominate for events etc. New to Rider Net use this link: https://osm-ma.omnisportsmanagement.com/Memberships/(S(2pavdzgoulolyqe2yayzlo3j))/OSMMbr_NewMembership.aspx?id=E17002A734692FBBBE82D6266FBF198B17566B00686CDBBC5BB46F554BAF3B92792F4AEAF3CBF607 BUT if you still watch VHS videos and use a fax machine like Mark Maule you can renew your membership at my office Shop 1 - 6 Church Street, Port Augusta BUT ring me on 0419708164 before as the office is sometimes unmanned. And lastly we decided last night to bite the bullet and hire equipment to bring sand into the track. We have set the date of 21st and 22nd March to do it. So we need all hands on deck especially those who can operate machinery. Cheers, Kipo

08.01.2022 Just a quick reminder meeting tonight 7pm @ club rooms.

07.01.2022 Big thanks to everyone who helped at the working bee. The proposed practice day for Sunday 5th April has been cancelled for obvious reasons. On another note some people have been breaking in and accessing the track without permission. We have strategically placed cameras and in a small bike community like ours it wont be hard to find out who you are and we will prosecute if need be. So, either join the club and get involved or piss off and ride out in the scrub.

07.01.2022 Congratulation to our own Steph Cutler 2020 State Champion.

04.01.2022 Meeting tonight (9/4/19) 7pm @ Clubrooms

04.01.2022 Working bee at the track this weekend all welcome (except the coronal virus, you can fuck off).

02.01.2022 Track Access At the meeting last night it was resolved to implement the following policy: There is no access to the track by anyone including members unless it is an organised ride day or event. ... The club has no insurance and is liable if someone (including members) are injured. We are in the process of changing the locks on the gate and any members caught at the track unauthorised will have their membership terminated and be banned from all club events for 12 months. Non-members, the police will be called and they will be prosecuted for break and enter / trespassing. We know this may not be popular with some but the club and the committee are not prepared to risk being sued over an injury or death. On the positive side Motorcycling Australia has introduced Ride Park Australia which will mean we can organise ride days much more often and it will be simpler and cheaper to run. This has been on the drawing board for some time and is finally coming to fruition. As soon as we work the fine details well get a ride day happening soon. For members these ride days will be at a discounted rate compared to non-members so you get a benefit for your membership. We are also putting those who are dumping tyres and rubbish at the track on notice that we have installed cameras and will not hesitate to have anyone caught charged with break and enter. Next meeting will be on Tuesday 7th July @ 7pm (a week earlier that our normal meeting date as El President is away).
