25.01.2022 YEAR 11 FIRST AID REMINDER All Year 11's need to make sure they have enrolled for the Provide First Aid in an Education Care Setting. Students must complete an online workbook as part of this registration process (20 minutes). This course will be held at the school on Monday 30th November between 9am and 4pm.... If parents or students have any questions please contact the school.



22.01.2022 Year 5-10 students enjoyed a range of electives over the past 2 days. Cooking, card making, woodwork presents, electronic cricket, archery, fun science, rock quiz, yoga, board games and movie sessions.

17.01.2022 COVID-19 Update Given the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in South Australia, we acknowledge that this is an anxious time for many. As the situation continues to evolve, we will keep providing updates as we receive them. As of today: All interschool sports and carnivals must be postponed or cancelled until at least 2 December. Sport activity limited to the school itself, such as PE classes, can continue. ... Swimming lessons at public pool or aquatic venues must be postponed or cancelled until at least 2 December. The end of year awards assembly will go ahead. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate a very small number of invited guests (One family member for each award recipient. Families will be contacted soon). The assembly will be live streamed on our Facebook page for those unable to attend. Year 12 Graduation Dinner We will wait to hear more information, closer to the date. Camps scheduled for week 8 will go ahead (at this stage) Kindy transition will continue, but we ask parents not to enter the classroom. We would like to remind all parents to maintain appropriate social distancing when on site and only be on site when necessary.

14.01.2022 - , : Today the Premier announced a 6 day statewide lockdown starting at midnight tonight (Wednesday 18 November) t...hrough to midnight Tuesday 24 November. Only the children of essential workers and vulnerable children will be able to attend school, preschool or childcare. A skeleton staff will provide supervision but not a learning program for the remainder of this week. All students have been asked to take home school laptops, devices, books and anything they need to continue their learning from home. More information on learning programs will be provided early next week.

13.01.2022 The 12 Days of Reading challenge started today. Day 1 is to read in the courtyard.

11.01.2022 The Year 5/6 class have been learning about scale and were tasked with designing scale furniture for a 1:20th scale house. Students went through an engineering design process involving research, planning, creating, testing and evaluating.

10.01.2022 R-4 swimming lessons. At this stage swimming lessons will start on Wednesday when the changes to restrictions allow them to commence. Obviously this is subject to change and we will confirm arrangements next week. Thank you for your understanding.
