08.01.2022 Starting Thursday 23rd July! We are so excited Anna from Kangatraining is joining the PDS team, and will be providing this fantastic postnatal safe workout for Mums & babies. Mums don’t need to worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies get to be part of the action (the joy of babywearing)! Toddlers very welcome as Kangatraining is not just for new mums.
