24.01.2022 GAME 1 - Port Hedland Yacht club will be opening the OREsome air sports bar Wednesday 9th June @ 4pm. Special sports bar menu available 5pm - 8pm. Please note only the upstairs area of the club will be open and this is a 18+ only event. We apologise for an inconvenience. See you at the yachty.

23.01.2022 The views are good, beer is cold & the food is cheap! Come down to watch West Coast step our for the first time this season at 3:40 today. The NRL is about to start and we have both covered with our TVs on the balcony. Our kitchen is open from 12-3 & 5-8:30 so pop in and check us out.

23.01.2022 Were hiring! Bar & front of house staff. Responsibilities include: Customer service (preparing drinks etc.) Taking order from guests for Food & Beverage... General cleaning of bar Cleaning & clearing of tables The right candidate must have RSA or are willing to obtain one. Ideal for second job, working hours are generally between 5pm - 9pm or 3-4 hours a night, Thursday - Sunday. Preferably someone who is available all days but 2-3 shifts a week is possible. 22.01.2022 Its that time of the week again! Thursday night Parmy n Pint is on this evening. Also, a reminder that we will be open from 2pm tomorrow afternoon for the Grand Opening of The Oresome Air Sports Bar upstairs at the Yacht club! Pop down and have a look at what weve done on the balcony that has the best views in town!... In relation to Coronavirus- Being a predominantly outdoor venue the gatherings of 100 people indoors wont really affect us. That being said we are monitoring the situation closely, we have also put some preventative measures in place and when the time comes that we have confirmed cases in the Pilbara, we like all local business will have to re-assess.

A big shoutout to Oresome Air & Western Power Solutions for helping us get all this started! Recently weve had Oresome Air & Indigo Cabinets donate another 4 tvs for our Balcony & also Jamie The Pay TV Guy for his hard work and donation of his time to get this off the ground! 14.01.2022 The Yacht Club is closed for a private function tonight, Thursday, but we are excited to welcome everyone back for our full re-opening tomorrow, with cocktails on offer from 2pm in the Sports Bar. We arent taking anymore bookings for Friday due to the overwhelming response from the community, however there will be some spare tables for people that would like to come down We know everyone is excited for the new menu!... As a teaser, so as not to overwhelm you with choices, we are releasing Part 1 of the new menu this week, with more on offer in the weeks to come. So come down and start your new food journey, enjoy a cold beverage and the Yachtie experience!

13.01.2022 To our Member & Guests, Its with a heavy heart we have to advise The Yacht club will not be open this evening for our famous Parmy N Pint night due to the government enforced close down. Whilst it must have been an incredibly tough call to make, realistically it is the right one for us as Australians moving forward. We envisage this shutdown will continue for many months so in order to clear out our coolrooms & last remaining orders that have arrived we will be doing takeawa...y Friday evening from 4pm-8pm. Everything is priced to move so if you would like to help us out and place on order, please call 9173 1198 after 3pm tomorrow to order in advance or pop in and order when your here. We will only allow 5 people inside the building at any one time, please be responsible with social distancing. We will be accepting Card payment only, this can be done over the phone. See more

13.01.2022 To our Members and Guests, Weve had plenty of enquiries about when we will be re-opening, unfortunately we are still a little way off, hopefully in early July. Covid-19 shutdown hit us hard, so its just taken a little longer than expected to get back on our feet, it has also given us the opportunity to do some improvements around the club and some exciting changes. As a gesture for your patience during these testing times the committee has decided to extend all memberships until the end of the current year, instead of the September renewal. We will have a firm date for re-opening over the next couple of weeks, keep an eye on our Facebook page.

This weekend we have Short & Curly returning to belt out some tunes by the water from 3pm, these guys have been here before and were extremely popular so we're lucky to be getting them again. With our Steak Sandwich being so well received last weekend we've decided to do it again this Saturday & Sunday lunch.... Hope to see you all down here
