20.01.2022 The mats have finally arrived!

16.01.2022 We should get the keys to the new gym on Thursday morning and if all goes to plan the mats should be down and ready for out first training session Thursday night at 6pm! The first class will be 1.5 hours of technique and drills, with half an hour rolling session to finish up, so bring your Gi's if you've got them (otherwise board shorts and a t-shirt will suffice) Friday night will be at the same time, but will be a completely no-gi session.... The new class timetable will take affect on Monday, and should be up by the end of the week. Thank you all for the support. See you on the mat!

12.01.2022 The new timetable is up! We're currently waiting on a back order of uniforms, so until further notice most of the classes will be no-gi (shorts and t-shirts). The exception is the "Gi" classes, as I know there are a few of you who already own one. We're also looking at times and days for midday classes for those of you who can't make the evening sessions.
