24.01.2022 As we all know, our recent fires have devastated our koala population and the koala hospital needs us. They have started searching for koalas who have survived & need medical care. Burn cream & antibiotics cost money, so if we can all get together & donate by either dropping a donation off to the koala hospital or going on to their website & donating there. I know what I'll be doing saturday morning.....going straight down to koala hospital to donate & help these beautiful koalas in need.

03.01.2022 This is what having the novel coronavirus looks like, day by day.

02.01.2022 We have been getting a lot of inbox messages asking if we are open again. Unfortunately, no we are not. There is a lot of confusion around with different states giving different guidlines, & even within NSW giving different guidlines to different therapists from their local MP"s. One of our therapists Sam, has been keeping up to date with her massage association (AMT) & tuning in to meetings from Allied health. Here are a few things for our clients to keep in mind. 1. Remed...ial massage therapists are not Allied health professionals registered with AHPRA. Which means we do not hold medicare provider numbers 2. Physio, chiro, osteo are all AHPRA registered, so can remain open 3. Non registered health professionals (remedial/therapeutic therapists) in NSW can do remedial /therapeutic massage but have to follow strict environmental & persomal hygiene regimes, including the use of gloves, gowns, goggles, & face masks when within the 1.5 social distancing rules (which is the whole treatment time) So basically some remedial massage therapists out there are saying " so we could open back up," but its not a question of could, but more a question of should we open back up? & our answer is NO.
