Start with one exercise, ten seconds break repeat then add the second one as well, ten seconds break, add the third one as well as the first two etc. get to the fourth, do in reverse order, drop one off each time on the way down. For those keen, I am looking for 10 people who want to commit to a 10 week challenge starting in September. Boot camp sessions will be Mon, Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
