They jumped clean out of the water on both sides of our jetty but unfortunately by the time we got our phone ready we were only able to catch the last 2 jumps further down the canal

09.01.2022 Spectacular autumn sunset at Blue Bay Beach, Halls Head... only 4 mins away by car, but better still 30 mins by foot. Why not enjoy a leisurely evening stroll along the coast taking in the sunset as you go and then back home for G&Ts by the canal!

09.01.2022 #TRENDING on the menu for our dolphins lately is Cobbler. This bottom dwelling species of fish make a small migration towards, then up the rivers in winter and... the dolphins have caught onto this. So, we have been observing incredible cobbler toss action near the river entrances over the past few weeks (see photos). When the dolphins are hunting for cobbler well see them digging with their rostrum (snout) on the estuary floor, among the sea grasses and weed. Theyll then surface with a muddy face or a cobbler which they toss multiple times to disable the use of their venomous spines, making it safer and easier to swallow.
