10.01.2022 Are you looking for a gentle way to fight stress? Tai Chi consists of gentle, flowing movements that are coupled with deep breathing. As your body moves, your mind slows down. Meditation in motion is the best way to describe it.... Classes are held every Monday at 6pm. Book your spot today.

07.01.2022 That's a wrap! Thank you to everybody who joined me during Term 1. It was daunting to move from tai chi student to tai chi teacher and your support and practice were so appreciated. As I saw all of our hard work come together in your forms yesterday I felt like it was all worth it. I am looking forward to seeing you in Term 2. Starting Monday 19 April. If you've been thinking of joining but couldn't make it up until now you are always welcome. We regularly revise the moves we have learned.

05.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing everyone again this afternoon for tai chi from 6pm at Port Kembla Senior Citizens Centre. Beginners always welcome.
