The room rents for $150 per week on a 12-month lease, and $155 p/w for a six month lease. There is a one-off delivery/setup/pick up cost which is dependant on your distance from our yard in Wishart, Brisbane. We also require a three-week bond, and the first weeks rent on delivery....
