24.01.2022 Thursdays are for Throwbacks! And how about throwback to the early 1970s. We were gifted this set of bowls, which come complete with a hand-written score book! And check out the ads in the 1974-75 Pennant Programme. You'll also notice that back in the day, our club was referred to as Alberton. 22.01.2022 How did you spend this glorious Saturday? We were busy setting up for our Family Fun Day, which is on Sunday 21 March from 10am. We’ll have amazing plants for sale, fruit, nuts and crackers thanks to Adams Apple West Lakes, cakes, BBQ, bar facilities, gelati from Gelatissimo, free jumpy castle and kids games. You can also learn how to bowl. Hope to see you there!

10.01.2022 Get excited... we're now open for the 20/21 season!! A big thank you to Mark Butler MP who came along to our Open Day today and to all of our members who were, once again, out in force. We honoured our club's Life Members - Lois Daviess, Joyce Bawden, David Ellsmore, Rene Johnson, Jan May and Gwen Scott - and also those who are sadly no longer with us. And our ladies champion Sue Harvey certainly showed us why she has that honour ... scroll through the pictures to see how he...r first bowl of the season went!! 09.01.2022 WE'RE BACK! Starting with our regular Thursday night dinner on 26 November at 6pm. On the menu is fish, calarari and chips, with dessert included for just $12 per person. BINGO is back on Friday, 27 November at 12 noon. Please remember to practise safe social distancing, sanitise your hands and the wearing of masks is also recommended by SA Health.

08.01.2022 THURSDAY NIGHT DINNERS are now better than ever! Every week we'll be playing Jackpot Joker along with Bingo or Quiz Questions (on alternate weeks). Join us for a fun, relaxed night from 6pm. Cost $12 per person with free dessert thanks to Gelatissimo.... There's no need to book but please let us know if you'll be attending as a group so we can cater for you. On arrival you will be asked to sign in but we have lots of hand sanitzer available and we're asking that we have four people per table to help us maintain social distancing.

06.01.2022 Have you heard the news? Cosi from SAFM Adelaide has and he's pumped! We're having a Family Fun Day on 21 March at the club with free kids games including a jumping castle and more. Kids and adults can learn how to bowl, there'll be a sausage sizzle to purchase and bar facilities. We'll be there from 10am - 4pm! This is set to be a great fundraiser for the club. 02.01.2022 AGM NEWS! Thanks to everyone who came along to our AGM on Saturday! It was a fantastic turnout. For the 2020-21 season, Frank Merola continues as club President, Peter Russo as Secretary and Trevor Lowe as Treasurer. We also celebrated finishing as Division 5 Pennant Champions earlier this year. And congratulations to all our members for a great season last summer.
