24.01.2022 Horses are grazing animals and are designed to consume forage virtually all day and night, only taking a few minutes here and there to rest; this also includes ponies, minis, donkeys, and mules. Here are the 5 things every horse needs---https://porta-grazer.com/horses-need-these-5-things/

11.01.2022 We are loving our Porta-Grazers! "They are awesome, ponies eating from them no worries and clean up, leaving almost nothing and no wastage! Happy happy " Thanks for letting us know how your horses are enjoying their PGs Jenny. We appreciate you getting in touch

07.01.2022 Beautiful Valentino out at a recent event, enjoying the benefits of taking his Porta-Grazer with him! Head down, relaxed grazing, hay off the ground with no waste or messy clean up.

05.01.2022 Lovely to hear from our Porta-Grazer owners. Thanks Judy for taking the time to get in touch, we appreciate your feedback. "So I have a very clever horse who took to the Porta-Grazer like a duck to water. The reason I bought the the PG is my mare is in lock up as she is such a good doer. I used slow feeder hay nets but her amount of manure numbers had gone right down. From about 7 a day to 4. I am paranoid about colic and feared we were heading for an impaction ... we are back to 7 to 8 poos a day! Very happy horse mum "

01.01.2022 Horses are like a pellet stove. A constant supply of forage (trickle) feeding hind gut keeps the fermentation process alive creating heat. This is free heat mea...ning No Calories Burned. When a horse is fed rations running out of feed (fuel) between meals the hind gut cools causing the horses body temp to lower. In order to stay warm the horse must shiver or move (pacing) to maintain his body heat. This activity consumes (burns) precious and valuable calories. By feeding low calorie hay 24/7 the horse is able to regulate its temps and stay warm. Grain produces energy... great for pacing and shivering but not much for heat. Feed those grain calories in hay and get more heat. Porta-Grazer is here to help you meet your horse's needs https://porta-grazer.com/ See more
