We still have 2 more weeks until training sessions start back, so why not challenge yourselves a few times a week with Kallan’s whiteboard challenge. Put on a timer for 15 minutes and go your absolute hardest to get through each level. Set and personal best and try to break it each time. We’d love to hear how you go! ... 21.01.2022 Tonight was Ashton's last training session at the Port Augusta Boxing Club before she heads off on a trip around Australia with her partner. We would like to thank her for all the hard work she has put in being on the committee and wish her all the best on her travels We will definitely miss you and hope you have the best time!

We do hope to have our doors open again in 2 weeks time, so please keep an eye out for any updates. Let’s hope this new outbreak doesn’t spread too far! ... Until then, stay safe and keep active. Cost: $15 per car at entry When: September 12th 2020 (Sat) Time: 10:30am Meet at Stirling North Deli to carpool OR meet us there at 9:30am Hike: 5.2km trail (kid friendly) Facilities: car park, camp ground, picnic area, public toilets (no showers) BYO: camping gear, chairs, warm clothes, enclosed shoes, water, insect repellent, sunscreen, torches, snack foods and Salads for bbq. *** Club will provide bbq meat and bread for dinner *** Please inbox the club if you have any dietary requirements You do not have to be a member of the club to come a long. So training will be back on tomorrow Mon 6pm You’ll need your own:... Towel Water bottle Skipping rope Hand wraps Boxing gloves We have an updated Covid-Safe Plan in place and our Covid-safety marshal will be on sight during training sessions. Please use hand sanitizer when you sign in, social distance where you can and don’t forget to spray or wipe down any equipment you may use during the training session.
