25.01.2022 A day at the wave has come and gone!!! What an awesome event which bought about collaboration between local business, government, non government organisations, community groups, young people and families from Port Augusta. On the morning of the event Apai and Scott had the privilege to sit with Masud Parvez, manager of the Big W store in Port Augusta to talk about what was happening at the Wave skate park, what inspires Masud, and his vision to see young people taking up employment and leadership opportunities within in local and national businesses.

Check out some footage from our haircuts with Ian Gentle.. and some of the interviews that Apai was able to do while the haircuts were happening. 22.01.2022 Skaters will soon be able to unleash their inner Tony Hawk at the new Adelaide City Skate Park. After extensive consultation, the first-look concept designs of ...the new skate park have been released. Skaters in the city have been left without a skate park since 2013 after the former government tore down the old one with no plans for a replacement. We're now delivering $3 million to this modern facility in partnership with the Adelaide City Council. It is anticipated that works will commence on site by the end of 2020 and be completed mid-2021.

Year 6/7s at Stirling North Primary have taken a deep dive into the issue of homelessness... researching causes, impact, how to be inclusive, the effect of COVID and converting this knowledge into action. Please support these amazing young people and help them to realise the goal they have set for helping the homeless within our community

07.01.2022 With the holidays underway our outreach team will be operating again each night for the next two weeks as an essential service. We are hopeful that everyone is following the advice to stay home and safe for Easter and in general. If for some reason you do find yourself out we have guidelines to follow so that social distancing and health precautions are maintained. This includes only being able to transport 1x young person at a time. Take care of yourself, your family and our community (check out the awesome artwork on the bus... great job Tanita and Crossroads Concepts)
