17.01.2022 Our new temperature and humidity controlled rug drying room is complete! This room will be regulated to around 30c and 35-40% humidity with constant air flow. Rain, hail or shine we can now clean rugs and have them dry quickly in a controlled manner. Drying rugs fast is paramount to achieving great results and we can now offer much faster turn arounds for our clients.

This step is completed prior to vacuuming to ensure we loosen up and remove as much dry soil as possible. Once the rug is cleaned and dry we then dust the rug again with a follow up vacuum to achieve the best results possible.

06.01.2022 How goods this! This one was heavily soiled and urine damaged. Managed to get it looking great and smelling fresh. The fringes still have some slight staining which could be removed with bleaching, However this can cause long term damage to the fringes so we decided to just leave them as is.
