21.01.2022 I'm glad that there are people out there willing to take responsibility of knocking over a house with a 20 tonne excavator 1m from other properties, because there is no way I'd be doing it! This demolition is the first stage in building a new contemporary 5 bedroom home.

13.01.2022 Today we're pumping 100 metres of footings for retaining walls and a suspended garage slab on our Alexandra St project. We're extremely grateful for our fantastic group of Steel fixers and concretors that have put all this together in just 4 days! @ Paddington

10.01.2022 Boy oh boy. There's a lot happening in this next 52 second video. Firstly and most importantly, we're introducing our latest project that we've just commenced this week on Annie St, Auchenflower. She may look a little dilapidated at the moment, but just you wait! She's about to experience a major renovation, full to the brim of high quality finishes and beautiful design details that will truly complement the houses historical features. Secondly. and of equal importance, we’...re introducing to the world the newest member of the Porter Construction and Development team. A beautiful Blue Merle Border Collie. MILLIE (Meters) PORTER. Finally, strap yourself in for some of the most intense music to ever accompany images of a house just standing there minding its own business! Music more often seen on the previews to the latest Rambo movie out at the cinemas..or better still, the moment Godzilla first emerges from the ocean depths giving the viewing audience its first awe inspiring glimpse. Why the intensity you ask. Because this build is not without its challenges! There's rock, lots of rock, there's the close proximity to the neighbouring properties, there's the major slope of the block, the house is not only being raised but also shifted sideways and forwards requiring millimeter specific accuracy. just to name a few. Yet, we have the technology and more notably.. The love for doing these jobs. Besides, if it was easy, our clients wouldn't need us! Stay tuned.

10.01.2022 Solid Brushbox is hard to come by, but we managed to source some for the Treads on this staircase that matched the tones and grade of the flooring. It definitely paid off!
