24.01.2022 EGGS ARE BACK!! It’s been hard trying to source a jumbo & free range egg to replace the BIG BREAKIE BROWNS that we used to stock, but finally we have. Just $6.95 per dozen for these beauties ( considerably cheaper than the breakie browns )

23.01.2022 KOREAN BBQ PORK BELLY!! Grab your Murray Valley pork belly in either plain, or with our yummy Korean bbq rub. These are boneless, already scored, and ready to cook. That yummy rub is a combination of soy, garlic, and ginger ( gluten free ). It’s Devine!!!!! It is a steak boasting with flavour, traditionally used for quick curries, or casseroles ( lends itself well to marinades etc ) Our customers seem to enjoy it most when making pulled beef, or beef fajitas. .......... try some today, while it’s in stock.

07.01.2022 FAJITAS: Marinate skirt for a couple of hours in lime juice, olive oil, and cumin. Season and cook over a hot grill until med rare ( usually 2 minutes a side ) then rest. Slice steak across the grain and serve with tomato salsa, guacamole, and corn tortillas with fresh lime......... job done.
