25.01.2022 Here is something I'd never seen or even heard of before, Alumina ceramic sheet. It's for laboratory experiments and has a flatness of <0.1mm with a surface roughness of <1 micron. Cutting speed was 22mm/min

25.01.2022 A nice sheet of 2 mm Brass cut into a property sign. Simple but elegant at the same time.

24.01.2022 Still open for business making parts for industry and agriculture. If there are parts you are having trouble getting we might be able to help.

23.01.2022 If you have a single part to cut like this 50mm mild steel plate, a precision log measuring wheel out of Bisalloy or have a job that needs 1200 + parts. Nothing is a problem, we are here to help.

23.01.2022 We have been doing a bit of wood working this past week or two. The mantel clock is made from Turpentine timber which was reclaimed from some old piles out of the Port of Portland. 6 pieces 18mm thick glued together to make one 108mm wide slab. We cut the inner workings first then the client added the final piece so we could do the outer cut. It will hardly need sanding. Also some reproduction work in the form of fence pickets to rebuild a heritage fence to it's original state and also some Veranda corners

21.01.2022 Just some of the agricultural parts that I have cut lately. 10mm Biss 400 silage grab blade with 60 degrees bevel cutting edge. 12mm mild steel rotary hoe blade holding plates for new toolbar.

13.01.2022 Is there a space at your house that just doesn't look right or feels like there is something missing? We've helped many customers turn that space from boring into a bang. This client wanted to cover a doorway that was no longer in use. They come to us with a rough idea of what they wanted, we drew it up and started cutting once the client was happy with the design and this is the final result. Want some specific for your home, work, sporting club come see us today.

13.01.2022 A bit of an update on what has been happening the past few weeks. We are still open and making the parts you can't get anymore. Like the handles for the cook pot which were bakelite, which we made from Aluminium and then polished. Also some tractor parts from high density rubber for a Massey Ferguson 2675 gearbox.

09.01.2022 Here are some of the different materials we have cut in the past few weeks. 100 mm Nylon timing gear 780 mm OD and 700 mm ID 311 teeth to sought carbon fiber timing belt, 100 mm Poly for pipe clamps to hang a sign and 40 mm mild steel JCB quick hitch.

06.01.2022 From classic car parts like the Hillman Minx coupe window winder mechanism, Golf course tee of signs and procession machinery parts. Big or small job's are all welcome like the 40mm thick mild steel timing belt pully for a paint mixing machine.

06.01.2022 It's been a real mixed bag the last few days from 0.4mm and 0.8mm gasket material for carby's on old stationary motors, 1.6mm felt O ring with 1mm mild steel backing washers with slightly biger centers and alloy head gaskets for same motors. 3mm fuel resistant rubber O rings. 20mm granite for a BBQ bentch top and mass-produced agricultural parts for hay bailers and rakes.

03.01.2022 What an amazing couple of weeks From making medical gowns for Western District Health Services to cutting bushes for Rotex couplings out of a household chopping block for wind towers. Also some potato sizing conveyor belt and a sign for a front entrance to thank the diggers. Anything really is posable if you put your mind to it.

01.01.2022 Some safety screens for Goose and the team at Westvic earthmoving so they can put another machine into the fire grounds to help with containment lines. Stay safe everyone.
