19.01.2022 Well into April now, the plants are starting to show signs of coming to the end of the growing season. Another month we will be digging and storing away for the winter. Keep an eye out for mildew this time of year

19.01.2022 In southern Victoria, and for those that grow Dahlias from green cuttings, It is that time again. I put 14 trays of tubers onto a heated sand bed 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I took the first 40 cuttings and placed them also on a heated sand bed that is enclosed to keep the humidity well up. I would expect they will show roots at the bottom of the peat pots in about 3 weeks. At that time I will pot them on and move them to an open top heated sand bed to grow on. 18.01.2022 10 days since I started taking greens, now have 72 on the go. All doing well. Towards the end of September I will be potting this lot into 5" pots. Happy Dahlia growing

14.01.2022 WOW the response from you to the new 2020 tuber list has been fantastic. So much so that some tubers sold out in the first 24 hours. Plus I missed putting one on the list that we have been building up Light Accord, see photo. I have updated the list as of today. Happy Dahlia Growing
