15.01.2022 Holiday Rental Mananger Part time. You would be responsible for managing bookings for our holiday homes in Portland and Nelson. To be successful in this role,... you will have: Previous service/retail experience Extremely high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail Excellent Time Management and Organisation Skills Flexibility to work on weekdays/weekends and public holidays in emergencies Professional attitude and strong customer service skills To be a 'people person' who will deliver a high level of communication to our guests and landlords Enthusiasm and a high level of professionalism The ability to multitask, prioritise and work comfortably within a fast paced and dynamic environment Hold a current drivers licence Computer skills You must be enthusiastic, motivated and confident and a have a "can do attitude". You get a kick out of seeing a job well done, and you don't stop until your task is completed in a safe and presentable manner. Whilst personal presentation and communication skills are important in this role along with the ability to engage with clients in a professional manner, an eye for detail and the ability to think laterally is a key component.
