23.01.2022 For those that still need to fly during this time of COVID-19, please be assured that our hard working cleaners are using hospital grade disinfectant to spray down all seats, countertops, door handles and fixtures within the airport terminal twice daily in addition to the traditional cleaning routines to do as much as we can to reduce the risk of infection.

10.01.2022 Councils Southern Construction team have completed boxing out stages one and two of the Runway 15/33 project. Carting, conditioning and laying of the pavement material has now commenced. Construction of the new pavement will take around three weeks to complete due to the short weeks either side of Easter. On completion, the new runway will be a safer asset for General Aviation and Emergency aircraft to operate from.
