21.01.2022 Two storey waterfront unit with three bedrooms available for holiday or short term rental. Mermaid Holiday Home is a two-story waterfront Townhouse overlooking the Port Lincoln recreational marina. It boasts a Private Pontoon that can be used for swimming and fishing at all times and as a boat mooring on request (*charges may apply) The home consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Main bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has 2 singles and third bedroom has a single bed and futon. There is a double sofa bed located in the downstairs sunroom. The home has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. It is fully self-contained including microwave, TV, washing machine and dryer. Linen and towels are supplied.

19.01.2022 Love getting these wonderful reviews from our guests: What a little gem! Views were astounding as location on the marina and conveniently close to many facilities. Walking distance to the Marina Hotel with fabulous menu and easy driving distance between all tourist attractions. Will be coming back.

Amazing place, very clean and a good location (5 mins drive from town centre). The view from the deck and balcony were gorgeous and even better than the photos.
